I had found LD Products to be a reliable supplier of Remanufactured Ink Cartridges up until early 2016 : If something went wrong, they fixed it with a replacement.

In about March, I experienced a string of failures, mostly Black ink. They advised me to wash the cartridge heads and try again -- THAT worked, sort of. . LD Products next suggested that my printer was worn out and could no longer cope. . I put in a new printer : Same identical problems.

This inexplicable situation with LD Products was exacerbated by some other problems : Cartridges rendered a message "Remove Cartridge and Check". . Doing so produced no effect. These messages were interspersed with a few messages "Cartridge Not Intended for This Printer". . These complaints occurred with BOTH printers ! !

All but oe or two of my complaints on these matters have been ignored by LD Products to this day : STAY AWAY FROM THEM --AND AS WELL-- their half dozen or so sister companies : "ONLY the names have been changed" ! ! !
