I placed an order for LeanSpa and LeanSpa Cleanse on March 31.  Once I received the product and was made aware that it would have an adverse effect on my health I decided to return the product.  On April 11 I noticed that they had already put a charge of $79.99 through to my credit card that was pending approval.  I called the company and after about 45 minutes and much difficulty--the system couldn't locate my account--I was able to cancel my account.

On April 13th, the last day of the 14-day "free" trial period, I went back to check my account and I saw that the charge for $79.99 had been put through.  I called the company again.  The agent told me that I did not cancel my account on time and that they were right to charge me.  I told him I had called, and he said I had two accounts and had only canceled one of them.  Still, according to their terms, I could get the full amount reimbursed IF I returned the product within 30 from the date they had been ordered.

The agent confirmed the RMA number I had, issued another RAM number for the "second account", and warned that in order to have my money reimbursed I HAD to mail the products individually AND with a mailing service tracking number.  I mailed both packages the same day, writing the RMA numbers for each product on both sides on the envelopes AND the accompanying invoices.

On April 20 I called the company to verify that they had received the merchandise--I had already received emails from the US Postal Service confirming delivery of both envelopes.  The agent confirmed that the packages had been received and processed on April 18 and assured me that the reimbursement had been processed but that it would take 7-10 business days for it to be reflected on my account.

Ten business days have come and gone I have yet to receive any reimbursement.  Now they have the product AND my money.

Whatever you do, don't fall for this scam.  Some of the ingredients in these pills are extremely harmful for people with cardiovascular and neurological conditions.  I am not a doctor, but I know what affects my health because I suffer from both types of conditions.  Don't take this, and don't let them steal your money.
