I too have been ripped off by Leanspa !! since march 2011 I still have not received my refund as promised of 79.99 - I have called them numerous times , i even sent letters to the address in Conn - and i also put in a complaint with their office and i have a ticket # 871055 that i got back in march of this year 2012 !! and still NO REPLY and NO RESULTS and NOTHING ?????!!!!!!!
