Lease Finance Group Lease Finance Group got a judgement against me in New York. I live in Colorado COLORADO SPRINGS Nationwide

I was visited by an individual from LEASE FINANCE GROUP.  He told me how much money he could save me.  Showd me 1 percent interest rate.  Signed me up for equipment on a month to month base at a very high rate of 127 a month.  Once i started getting my statements they never gave me the interst rates they promised and charged me almost tripple.  I stoped using their service.  I had to cancel my bank accounts cause they continued charging me even though I was not processing credit cards.  Then they hit me with a 4000 dollar charge.  Told me it was not month to month.  The sent me harrassing phone calls.  I had a lady call me 20 times in a row.  I sent them a few letters certified mail telling them to contact me only via written correspondance.  I asked them to prove they had the original contract, because i believe the contract was changed then forged.  They stopped contacting me.  I didnt hear from them again.  When checking my credit report recently, i show a default judment placed against me in the state of new york.  I dont understand how this could happen with out due process.  Now i am getting phone calls saying they are going to take the money from my bank accounts or take my personal property.  I need some help!  I have searched the internet over and dont even know where to start.  Thank you for your consideration.  Nick
