Recently our company was contacted by a competitor who became very inappropriate with our office staff over the phone. She became upset because we refused to remove one of our cleaning list from our website, which was similar to hers. She was informed we have the copy right and have since 2001. She later confirmed her business was established only 4 years ago. At that time she was told to speak with the person who designed her website because it is obvious that we owned it prior to her. She was offered proof of this copyright, however she declined.

We assumed all was said and done with after she had threatened to have her lawyers contact us and to sue given we never heard from them. Last week, there were some post made on Craigslist, a website our company advertises on. These post were in regards to a customer who was displeased with that particular company's service. All of a sudden, that company began contacting us and making rebuttal post stating it was us , in so many words. They then went on posting fake reviews for themselves pretending to be a new customer.

We did not have anything to do with the reviews on their company and although we have assured them many times, both in email as well as in several phone conversations, we still were accused. We dismissed it with nothing more because we knew we were innocent.

As of yesterday, we received a email from another website we also advertise on. It informed us that we had a new review. This review was made by a lady identifying herself as NDavis317. Her post made allegations ranging from we never called her back, it has been 2 months and no one returned her calls, her house smelled of air freshener (which we DO NOT USE!), only 1 person showed up and she did not speak English. (this company was posting many rebuttals on Craigslist and people were responding to her because her spelling was atrocious.

Given her name, one viewer told her to learn English) We thought it was funny she used the "Spanish" card on us, given her last name is a Hispanic name. NDavis317 stated she resides in Westfield, Indiana. We do not even service that area. We also did further investigation and located a lady with the initials who resides in Westfield (simply looked up in whitepages) and she claims she did not make this review. She also is going to follow up with the police department for identity theft against this person. We also have never serviced a customer with the last name of Davis.

We have a IP tracker installed on our website to monitor abuse, because we get a lot of estimate request from people who fill in nasty things, and play around. We have confirmed the IP address for this particular competitor and have found they have been viewing our website and "referrals" page over 60 times. We have since blocked their IP address from viewing our website.

At this time, one particular website we advertise on, insiderpages.com has removed all of her reviews for violation. However, she continues to post reviews on yahoo local and now has even posted her real name and lied about the entire situation that has taken place.

In her latest attempt, it was discovered that this person was told when she contacted our office at the beginning of September that our company has been established since 2001. She was concerned over a copyright law, and when she stated her business was established 2 1/2 years later, we knew we had no reason to give in to her threats or demands.

She has since posted a review on insiderpages in which her previous reviews were removed after insiderpages received information that showed without any doubt this was Ms.(disclosed) and not the claimed Nancy Davis from Westfield. Now on her latest reattempt with insiderpages she actually repeats information that she was told in a recorded phone call about our company being established since 2001.

Her review, although it shows anonymous when you click on the link that shows Contact Reviewer, it shows her other name, NANCY D!

We do have evidence to back up our side, which includes email headers from this particular company and the report from our IP program. We also have a phone conversation, that for our protection we recorded where she contradicts statements she made just a few minutes prior in the same conversation. She also says something that proves it was her behind all of these post.

The reason for this post is simple. We have notified all of our customers and they are fully aware of the problems. We also notified a innocent victim of this ordeal of what has taken place. We have printed out all of the post and have backed them up on computer.

I would like to know if anyone out here is a victim to this too. I am more than willing to play the recorded conversations we have with this company as well as her admitting to posting the reviews in the last call. We also replied to her reviews which continue to get removed by insiderpages.

This company is ridiculous and is run by a Crystal. They go around accusing other cleaning companies of posting their negative reviews- reviews that were made by upset customers of theirs. Not only has she accused my company of doing this, but she has also mentioned the names of other companies as well.
One minute I get calls/emails from her with a nice tone and the next she making accusations and threats.

My company has received a number of calls from non other than Crystal- the only person that you can ever get a hold of at this company. That's not including the numerous amounts of emails with threats to sue, file police reports and to report me to the BBB for something that she "believes" was done by me/my company, but yet can not give us any proof. The most recent threat by this woman was that she was going to "TAKE ME DOWN". I didn't take that lightly!
What kind of a business professional makes these kinds of threats?

She also made threats that she would post MORE negative remarks against my company on this site and on other sites as well- something that I already knew she was doing and we currently have a pending investigation on this matter. She posted one bad review on this site about my company, and we challenged her on that by offering to give this person their money back and a free cleaning- and we did not hear back from this person (something she later confessed to doing. Maybe not a confession but a slip up)

To make a long story short- we will have to file a restraining order against this individual and her company because she made threats that were recorded about having our address and taking us down. We have been advised not to reply to the threats and to leave it in the hands of the authorities.

Not sure what kind of cleaning service they provide, but we just wanted to make everyone aware of this persons psychotic ways.

Wow! I must commend your efforts. These are the many reasons that we know your post is nothing more than something you just made up because you have way too much time on your hands.

1. If you contacted another person who posted a review about our company, you would have received a response. I have contacted all of these clients and none of them have received a email. Plus, I can provide receipts for all reviews made for my company and show that they are customers.

2. The person you say owns this company is not the owner. She is a maid. so I know this is a lie. No one has the owner's name. No customer is ever able to speak to the owner.

3.Our phones are answered 24 x 7. If we leave our office, the phones are forwarded so that they are answered 24 x 7. This is just a funny statement to me, because everyone that knows about this company knows they can reach us 24 x 7. Plus, we have been complaint free for over 6 months.

4. 2-3 people are in every crew. We never send less than 2 people, this is a security issue. So why would you lie about this? In the 6+ years we have been in business, every customer will say they received 2 or more people at their clean.

5. All of our employees speak fluent english. No one but the owner speaks two languages, and customers do not speak to the owner when they call our office. They speak with one of our office staff. All of our employees are AMERICAN BORN. Valid social security and DL are required to work for us.

Well, not exactly. 38 cleaning employees, 4 office staff, 2 collections, 3 legal, 2 executive, 1 owner.

So I am not sure why you would waste your time and post this review about this company. I have contradicted all of your hiliarous accusations, and will "salute my glass of wine" to you for the great effort.
