Legacy Long Distance ripoff Cypress California

I was also riped off by this company.I was in target and forgot my cell phone and had to call my husband. I put money in the phone to make a call, dialed the phone only to get a recording saying that I had missdialed by not using a number one before the number, when I did. I redialed seveal times only to here this message again. Being frustrated I used my prepaid visa card for the call. The call was a local call and my husband didn't pick up the phone so I left a message. I tried to use my card to pay my cell phone bill a little later that evening and it would not go through. I call my card company only to find out that legacy long distance made two charges of $25.00 to my account. I was totally ripped off!!!! I felt I have been lured in to use my card only to get ripped off. No one informed me of any of the charges before I used my card.
