LEGAL SHIELD WHAT THEY DIDNT DO! DIDNT PROVIDE SERVICE THAT I PAY $50 A MTH FOR ADA, Oklahoma

I have signed up with legal shield for civil and truck protection.. At least i thought i was protected.
I drive a truck for a living and in San Clemente California is a truck scale house going south on interstate 5.   I went thru and was stopped by a guy under a canopy at the exit ramp.  He then came around my truck and NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME, but while i was rolling my window down he just OPENED my truck door with out asking.  first off im a single female with 2 little dogs.  My truck even has a California sticker saying it passed all the regulations.. Now this man just asked me what year my truck was and I told him.   He then walked away still NOT saying a word..  Come to find out from the scale house (highway patrol) he was with AIR RESOURCES and that the scale even had no control as to them setting up tent on the property but that the man had NO RIGHT to just open my door..  This is where i think im covered from this sort of harrasment.  WRONG!!!   It takes over a week for Florida (which is where i live) to contact a lawyer and go back and forth with me saying no on will take the case without a name of the air resource guy.. I was told It could not be given to me but the law offices can get it no problem.. Ok so now I finally after 1.5 weeks get a call from a lawyer in Los Angeles California.  

First thing is he must not be smart enough to check my time zone as he calls me at 8pm at night.. Now first thing he says is:  WHAT DID THIS GUY DO WRONG!  already not on my side.  Then i tell him what happened and he says:  ITS A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AND ANYONE OF LAW CAN JUST OPEN YOUR DOOR.. NOT TRUE. even DOT, Border Patrol, Highway patrol says NO WAY unless its an emergency situation.. Then this so called attorney says SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?  I told him this person needs to get in trouble and confronted about this matter and thats when he said again, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO THEN.  I told him so this is how California does things?  and then i said so you cant do s**t and he said he had to end the call now (as if he was even interested from the word GO anyways) so i hung up.. This legal shield is a joke and i think these attorney might just be junk lawyers that cant get on elsewhere or they are brand new at the law thing.  STAY AWAY its a waste of $$$  I guess its ok to harrass a solo female driver by just ripping open her door and not saying anything.
