The company advertises on Craigslist to do legal document and forms preparation.  The service I paid for was for filing a tenant eviction.  The company advertisement promised to prepare and file with the court all needed documents, and to take the process from beginning to end for all necessary paperwork, service and filings.

I contracted with the company for this service and paid the set fee upfront.  They prepared and filed the original paperwork and made service on the tenants.  However, due to improper knowledge of what was needed to keep the case proceeding and several mistakes on the paperwork, the case ended up delayed for an extra month and I had to make several trips to the courthouse make the necessary corrections.

The company has not completed the case as promised, and also has not made any refund of my payment to them as they also promised.
