Legalmatch Company engages in deceptive practices and refuses to work with clients to cure ill will Internet

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I will let it be known that it is contained within my agreement with legal match that there is no guarantee of exclusivity.  That being said, when i was contacted and solicited by Sabrina of legalmatch sales, at no time did she ever state that the leads I would receive were to be shared. Further, she called the leads "your leads" and coupled this with stating that "we (legalmatch) needed an attorney in that area" caused me to be under the impression that I was paying to be an exclusive user for said leads in my geographic area and practice area.  This obviously was not the case.  Further, when I confronted Sabrina (she never contacted me, she was conferenced into a call with my marketing guy, she in fact never replied to more than 6 emails and 4 phone calls) about this her response was "well you never asked me if the leads were exclusive".  Why would I ask if you were using deliberate language to cause me to believe that the leads were exclusive.

 In fact directly due to this deceptive sales practice, I undertook a geographic area more than 2 hours from my office location thinking I would have "my leads" to myself and not be shared.  Further, all leads that have come through have been utterly useless.  People dont have money, or they make appointments and perform the ever popular "no call no show" routine.  

Further, what is more frustrating is that management refuses to engage me in any conversation. They have deliberately failed to call me and left the contact to my marketing manager who has stated he has nothing to do with sales or management decisions. Not once has my sales person or her manager returned any of my multiple phone calls or emails. 

This is a total waste and no attorney should do business with this company.  I will be issuing further complaints to the BBB, Ohio Supreme Court, and the Ohio Secretary of State.
