I bought a 110cc p***y Cat atv for my daughter. We picked it up on friday. On saturday, the gas hose disconnected and leaked gas all over the place..it was never clamped!! On Monday, the battery died and I had to spend another 40 bucks for a new one. On Wednesday, she was in the back yard riding the atv for 5 minutes....she rode past me yelling It Won't Stop!! I grabbed the remote kill switch and pressed it numerous times, it didn't work. I ran after her, watching her ride about 40 mph out of control. She hit a curb and the atv went airborn and threw her off as I watched in fear! If it hadn't been for the slanted curb, she would have been in the hospital that night. Luckily she escaped with a few scrapes! If this company is allowed to sell atvs after I am done, it will be a miracle! I have contacted my state representative, who I know personally, and the BBB. There needs to be strict guidelines on selling these in the US. I will not stop til these people are out of business! Noone has the right to advertise a safe vehicle and they have no idea what is in the box! It is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

You sound like an ex Legion Global employee...

You aren't the person I have to deal with with this issue...my state representative seems to think this company is very responsible! The next time you buy a car....take about 12 hours and go over everything before you drive it...would hate to see something happen to you in it. And it wouldn't be the manufacturers responsibility! have a great day!

Spin it however it makes you feel better about yourself

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 15, 2008

but YOU are solely responsible.

'I went over all the parts they told me to attach and check.'

--This makes you somewhat responsible right there.

'NEVER have I been told when I bought anything that I am to check the engine to make sure they put it together right.'

--Why do you need to be told? You are buying a cheap piece of garbage because you didn't want to save for a good one, from a drop shipper you don;t know and the unit is coming from you-don't-know-where. Why WOULDN'T you check the whole thing over?

' AND, I didn't just throw my kid on it...I had a mechanic put it together and I rode it first to make sure I felt safe on it.'

--Well, yeahm you did as you posted that fact in the OP. And now you allegedly had 'a mechnic' look at it? Why if you were ''NEVER have I been told when I bought anything that I am to check the engine to make sure they put it together right.'? Your alleged mechanic sucks. If he checked it over as you now suggest, he should easily have seen the alleged fuel line never clamped.

'Not clamping a gas line doesn't sound like the consumers responsibility!'

--It certainly is when you don't know who you bought a piece of garbage from, where said piece of garbage is coming from, and you are about to allegedly throw a kid on it.

' A remote kill switch that doesn't work doesn't sound like a consumers responsibility!'

--Well, it is. Why WOULDN'T you make sure it works if you are about to throw a kid on a motorized machine?

'Those things are the responsibility of the manufacturer!'

--Had you actually checked the thing over, you would have seen these issues and could have sent it back to the manufacturer - wherever they are - more than likely China.

'Small things happening to this thing, I can understand...not major things that happen 2 days after you get it. This company is about MONEY, that's it....that's why they take NO responsibility for the products they sell!'

--Newsflash....that's all any company is about. Same as any company you have ever worked for. When are you going to take any responsibility?

Well, YOU almost killed your own kid

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 14, 2008

but you got all the key buzz words in there to try and make them look bad.
YOU are the one who just threw your kid on the thing without going over the unit when you got it.
Granted this company may not be the greatest but you bear much responsibility here.
You wanted cheap and you got it. There's a reason the ones that really work well are more expensive.
