OHHHH My GOSH!!! These people are crazy! They overcharged me $10,000 for a business plan and told me that they couldn't initiate a return, that my bank would have to do it. My bank was suspicious and closed my account down and re-opened a new one. Not to mention the over charge and the over drafts as a result. The business plan that was supposedly done by "Dr. Alex" was a bunch of smoke! It had the wrong name in the confidentiality agreement page and severe gramatical errors that a basic computer program would catch. Not to mention I requested a trendy clothing biz plan and he had health and beauty products, "professional clothing" along with golf clothes listed. The so called professional business plan was so far from professional it was unbelieveable. I showed it to my SCORE counselor and he said "you've just been robbed". He is also reporting them. I think a high school drop out could've written a better plan. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

This complaint was not fild by your competitor, but I'd gladly seek their business after what you delivered. I understand that we cut ties, but that doesn't mean that as a customer I didn't exist. The business plan that you delivred was very poor quality-bottom line. Why did you call the police? To notify them that you ripped someone off? Please take this as advice to improve your services. It was unacceptable by a SCORE counselor which is why I needed it, if he wouldn't accept it then what good does it do to have someone pay you if they can't even use the report?

This complaint is a lie and most likely filed by a competitor hiding behind a false name. We believe it's masterplans.com. They have many complaints. They mention many business names in the complaint which proves they have not dealt with us directly. We have never had a client named Sue in Mesa, AZ. We have filed a police report and they are investigating and WE WILL prosecute.
We have a A+ rating with the BBB.
