Lenox capital aka freedom resource rip-off Salt Lake City Utah

i had been called by a rep. from lenox capital,and he had told me that i can get a credit card for 7,500 for joining fee of 221.95.I questioned him and questioned him about the integrity of this card ,he was 0%ing me this ,and 0% me that= the 221.95 only fee .and on purchases it would be a 30 dollar minimum payment per month.he kept badgering me to just say yes (it just meant he can go on with the program)i said yes ,and he took my information (had to have my checking acct. #)which wouldnt commit me to anything(he said)so he can go on with the talk.

Anyway he badgered me into giving him a goal date for this all to happen ,and told me not to go over a month or deal might expire,so we came up with jan. 3 and i said i might not have the money to do this by then,i dont want to commit to this permanantly,so he told me that the company would send me a package with signature material and program and to send it in. and the money would not be taken out untill i send this sighned liturature back,mean while i never got the package,and on january 26 i went to deposit my pay check in account and the teller tells me that im -90 dollars in my acct.so the bank is investigating it.

they told me if the company doesnt have the authorization from me they will give back the money in 10 working days.I dont know how they can get away with this

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP,I NEED MONEY TO FEED AND HOUSE MY FAMILY
