This company called me one day promising a credit card for 221.95. Gave All the information to them that was well over 60 days ago. Still do not have card and every time I call number Iam told that it is being processe. When I called them back today for my money returned they state that they will send out a refund form, Now if I have not recived the card or benefit package yet what makes me think I'm going to recive a refund form.
Then when i aksed how long before i recive my mony they state it will take 60to 90 days to get money back.When I call directory assistance the telephone number that they gave me is not even listed with phone company.When I threatened them with attorney today they hungup on me.

Some one should be able to inform us how we could file a class action lawsuit with this company to get our money back. I also feel that intrest plus all phone calls should be repaid to all consumers that they have riped off.
