Lens Crafters Scammers Saratoga Springs New York

 I went to lenscrafters in Saratoga Springs in March. they checked my eyes out and fitted me with a $500 set of glasses. the tech said that they would take some time to adjust to. it has been 4 months now and no adjustment has taken place. i can actually see better without the new glasses than I can with them. i called and wrote emails to no avail. the one email i received said that i should see an opthomologis. now tell me. isn't that something that they should have told me before issuing a $500 set of glasses? i am certainly upset that now i am out $500 and still cannot see with the glasses that they gave me. they should have told me to see the opthomologist before ripping me off the $500
