I ordered a free sample of eye cream on 6-17 and was charged 4.95 for shipping and handleing.

   Then I recieved a phone call saying they had to talk to me about the order. At that time they said I needed this other product that I have to use with the free sample. I ordered that on 6-18 and was charged another 38.71.

    On 7-5 I was charged 94.99. I called the company and was told that it was because I didn't cancell my subscription.

     I was never told about any subscription or that I had to cancell anything at anytime. I never recieved any other products from this company.

     They said that they would refund 10 percent, when i refused that they would do 15 percent, then they said 25 percent. At this point I demanded all they money refunded and was told they cant do that.

      I told the I would send the product back. Now there is another charge pending.
