We have filed for a cell phone rebate 4 months ago. They've said a check has been issued, but we didn't receive. They've told us first we would receive in 2 wks, then 4-6 wks, then 8 weeks. They have not had to start this process all over and now say it will be another 8-12 wks before this will be received.

Very dishonest, inconsistant, and poor customer service.
