Letstalk.com is a total scam company. Don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself before you buy from them. Go to their website and call their customer support number. You will be on hold for 30 to 60 minutes minimum.

They also have a sneaky return/exchange policy where you cannot send a defective phone back if you have used it for more than 30 minutes. The problem is that if you call your cell phone provider's support line they are going to have you talk to them and troubleshoot the phone. If you go over 30 minutes, hold time included, and find that the phone has a serious problem, you will not be able to return it to letstalk.com.

I was stupid enough to order from them this second time. The last time I also had problems with their rebate policy. Since this order didn't require rebates I assumed I was safe. Big error on my part.

Do not use letstalk.com for anything. Like I said, don't take my work for it. Try calling their support line and see how long it takes you to get through. Do you want that type of support after your order goes through?

The also issued me an RMA for our defective phone and once they got the phone they declined the RMA. I had to call them after a week just to find that out. They are finally sending our phone back after having it for 8 days and only after we called them to say just send it back, Cingular is cutting us a deal basedon your poor service.

Each day I would call letstalk.com for status on our RMA. I would sit on hold for about an hour on average to get through just to find out that they have done nothing on the RMA and it would take "manager's approval". This never materialized. By the time we get the phone we will have been without it for two weeks.

There were so many problems with the Nokia 6230 that Cingular advised us to seek out the RMA in the first place. Cingular tried telling letstalk to replace the phone during a conference call between the three of us and letstalk's response was to cut Cingular off the line! The Cingular rep called me back on my cell phone to see if letstalk had cut me off too and said if they don't support the 30 day Cingular buyer's remorse agreement to call her back and she would push it through.

letstalk.com is one of the worse companies out there to purchase your phone and plan through. Don't go through what we have gone through twice! Search the internet for all of the bad reviews on them.
