liberty one amc Matthew Moore This company hired us to complete several real estate appraisals totaling $1,400 in services. They never paid us on any of them. All they will do is give you the run around, lie to you and never pay. We have gone down the traditional avenues of collection with no results. This is a bad outfit and I'm amazed they are still in business. They dont seem to care about paying the appraisers because they get away with it. None of the laws or agencies that were created to protect the appraisers seem to be doing anything about this horrible company or it's owner Matthew Moore. Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Liberty One AMC hired us to complete several real estate appraisals in North Carolina between May 2013 and July 2013 totaling $1400.  We have not been paid on any of them.  We have contacted them several times and get nothing but the run around.  Matthew Moore the owner is a very untrustworthy and dishonest person.  It is obvious he and his company have no intention of ever paying us.  We have been though the traditional collection process with no positive results.  I'm amazed they are still in business.  They seem to disregard all of the newer laws and governing bodies set up to protect the independant fee appraiser.
