I signed up for a 15 day trial of their product. It took almost a week to get it. Didn't think it helped and planned to cancel. I had flagged it to cancel the last day and got a fraud alert on my card. It had already been charged at midnight. We're on different time zones. They wouldn't cancel and pushed a 40% discount. Very persistent to the point of rudeness. I didn't want any credit tissues, so authorized payment.
