Terrible customer service. No way to contact them on the website. They had my payment for a month and I never received items.

On May 30th, I placed an order with Light in the Box. They said 3-5 days shipping. Once the order was placed, I never got an email confirming it so after a couple of days, I went on the website to see an estimated shipping date of June 16. This was over two weeks just to ship the package which was a problem because I had an event that I needed the clothing for. 

When I tried to contact them, there were places on the website to click for customer service or to inquire or submit a ticket but none of them worked. There is also no phone number or valid email to contact them. Frustrated at the inability to contact them, I waited until June 16th and expected some tracking information. When that never happened, I contacted Paypal and opened a dispute against the company. 

Suddenly, they were contacting me every day but saying that they would not ship my goods until I closed the dispute. However, closing the dispute means that I could not reopen it again if they did not send my parcel or refund my money. After days of them saying that I won't get my stuff until I close the dispute and me saying that I wouldn't close the dispute until I got a tracking number, I escalated the Paypal dispute to Paypal claim yesterday thinking that at least I would be sure to get my money back. 

First thing this morning, I have emails from both the seller and Paypal saying that I will get a refund almost a month after I placed my order. I am angry because they had my money for that long and now I am in a bind because I need the clothing that I thought I had purchased for an event in a few weeks. Meanwhile I continue to get emails numerous times during the day advertising new items for sale.  

I want this company investigated for fraud. They had use of my money for a month without any intention of shipping out the goods that they advertised repeatedly in emails. After I noticed the problem, I researched them on the internet and found many people who never received the stuff they ordered and never got their money back. At least it appears that I will get a refund. Please don't order from this company and spead the word so that others don't use them. Let's shut these people down.
