light in the box wrong items sent and other items were "knock-offs", won't honor return or refund Beijing, Internet

I ordered Cycling jerseys from the website.  When I received the five jerseys three of them were knocks-off of the jerseys that I wanted and the other two were not the jerseys I ordered at all. 

I followed the website's instructions for return/refund and the company NEVER responded.  I was instructed to send pictures of the items and a description of what was wrong and the customer service department never forwarded me return information.  In the return instructions it indicates that cannot send items back without return codes, so essentially what they do is never provide you with that information so you can never return your order. 

This website is a complete SCAM.
