This THIEF is stealing from hundreds of people. The so-called manufacturers warranty through the SO-CALLED manufacturer--SVP--is crap. They do not return your calls or emails and lindas camera world sends you automated generated emails referring you to contact the MFG. for warranty issues.

She sells their crap to you, collects your money and washes her hands of any customer service, which leads me to "100% customer satisfaction" that she advertises. BULLSH_T! if she offers 100% satisfaction. why am I reporting her to every authority that I can think of? She wanted me to remove the negative feedback on her. HELL NO.

I want to warn people. She would not refund me and wanted to exchange the piece of sh_t cameras on the condition that I post positive feedback about her. HELL NO. I wasn't about to post positive feedback for her in order to get an exchange especially after I had went and investigated her on line and read all the negative feedback about her.

If I would have exchanged the camera all I would have gotten was more of my money spent on shipping, another piece of sh_t camera and no one to help me if it broke again. she would of gained everything. POSITIVE feedback and no way for me to change it if I posted it. Too many other people have bought from her and then received their crap from her in the mail and hastily went in and wrote positive feedback before they had a chance to use the crap she sells.

I would venture to say that there are hundreds of those people that wish they hadn't posted their positive feedback so quickly. because when you find out you have just purchased junk; it's too late change your feedback to negative.

I encourage each and every one of you to file a dispute with ebay and pay pal and also your credit card companies or banks and also internet crime investigations. I am also contacting my attorney to file against her for deffemation of character for posting the negative feedback she posted on me in reply to the truthful ones I left about her. I feel that Ebay is on her side. they tell me she is being investigated but they are making a ton of money off her sales. I don't believe they will do a thing about it. but still dispute your cases.

As far as square trade, they are a joke. All that does is buy her time and then you have to settle and leave her positive or neutral feedback. I'm going to cut my loses of $442.91. AND I will absolutely not retract any negative feedback I left for that thief so she can continue to steal from others. BUYER BEWARE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I am only responding to help this customer and future customers find the right path to solving any problem they may have with an item purchased from lindas_camera_world on ebay. I will post no follow up to the comments made by the owners or representatives of this site. I request the company contact information obtained and posted without our permission, be removed. I didn't steal anything from this buyer, they purchased 2 quality cameras from me, and I sent them to her. I included a 1 year warranty on the purchase. The 1 year manufacturers warranty is valid on the items, and all comments about the manufacturer are false. The warranty info and contact email addresses and phone numbers are valid and posted right in our ebay store;

She claims I would not refund her, but the purchase was not refundable;

If you wish to exchange an item you must contact us before returning the item. The full amount of your winning bid may be applied to the price of the exchange. Items received damaged or non-functioning will be returned to manufacturer under the included 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

The warranty on the items are still valid, all the buyer has to do to get the items repaired is contact SVP:

If the buyer cant contact SVP after calling and emailing again today, I offer to forward the item to SVP for them, and at my cost.

Finally, the item purchased was not poor quality; the item has over 250 positive feedbacks on my ebay site last year. We will let our over 18800 satisfied positive feedback leaving customers over many years on eBay speak for how we do business.

The owners of this site require us in all rebuttals to also '...explain why there are so many Rip-off Reports where consumers claim they are being victimized by you or your company.' First of all, we didn't 'victimize' anyone. We also don't know what 'so many' reports are, we now see 5 (which includes this one), if there are any others we would like to know about them and we will respond when and where it is appropriate. We have completed over 20,000 transactions on eBay, human errors sometimes (although rarely) occur, but no one here would knowingly and intentionally 'Rip-off' anyone, and to say so is absurd and probably liable.

Additionally, we have a very high satisfaction rate on eBay (98.9% as of this post). There's no rip-off here other then this 'rip-off website' misleading honest customers by trying to reinvent what the time proven feedback system on eBay establishes, and polite and direct communication between buyers and sellers accomplishes.
