Linda's Camera World - Ebay they sent the wrong item and did not send me everything that i bought from them Las Vegas Nevada

I purchased a digital video camera, and memory chip from Linda's Camera World. I was going on vacation, so I had them ship it to a friend's house that I would be sstaying at. I was there when the package arrived, in fact the postage man handed it to me. I opened the box, and to my suprise, the item was the wrong color. So I was curious if it was the right model. Come to find out, it is not even the video camera that I purchased. Then after I figured that out I started looking for the memory chip that I purchased, and was to be shipped with the camera. It was not in the package.

I have now been trying to contact Linda's Camera World for the past two weeks, and have not received any reply from them. I was unable to get any footage from my vacation, and now I am home without any pictures or video to remember my trip. I am very ticked off and am ready to do anything to resolve this matter!
