I called them based on a TV ad. They said the units were $800 each. I said I couldn't afford it so I was put on hold and then told the supervisor had approved the price of $600 each, which I agreed to, with monthly payments I would send at $40/month.

They keep sending me an invoice for $1679.76, even though I have already paid $573.98. Now their credit department has called me saying they want to fix a problem and that my most recent notice to them is the first they have heard of a problem, even though I write the correction on the bill and send it back each month. My bank sends payment automatically each month.

The "credit" lady laughed at me when I explained what the Federal Communications Commission had told me about not using the word "yes" in a phone conversation because they will copy and paste it into a telephone agreement to make it look like I agreed to something I didn't agree to. They still have not corrected their bill. 

Since they will NOT accept a reeturn and have stated that they would send a package back to me and charge me for the shipping,and since I have used both units at one time or another, I agree to pay the $600/each for them. I told her that is all I would pay.

We hung up.
