Five employees were hired in 2016 to sell LISTREPORTS.COM services to mortgage brokers. In all five of their employment letters signed by the COO Wessal Khader. She stated they would be paid commission plus stock in addition to their salary.
The COO never paid any of the comission or stock as she stated they would in their employment letters. Not one of them were ever paid any of this money and they all quit or were fired for asking for what she had promised.
In addition the product they were selling turned to be created from stolen data from various MLS across the country, REALTOR.COM and REDFIN. The working enviorment was crazy as every day the product and cost structure changed. None of the sales people ever knew from day to next what they would sell, what it would cost or how they were to sell it...IE in person or over the telephone.
The management of this company clearly have no knowlege of labor law, IP law or how to run a company.
These employees are currently working with an attorney on a class action lawsuit.

Attorney Mohamed will not be one long when the state Bar of California finds out about his conduct. You will have to read the court records for yourself to even believe the things he has done.
