Listreports.com does not pay any MLS for information so many times the data they use for realtors flyers is years old with the wrong information. They are scraping information from REALTOR.COM and REDFIN so when realtors want to update their information it comes out wrong. The text from the ads and the sign riders never seems to be of any value. Mortgage brokers give it to their realtors for free and even the realtors I have spoken with say it is of no value. It does not seem right they take the data for free and do not pay MLS services for it. I do not see any value for the $50.00 a month they charge. I wonder if the realtors and mortgage brokers will be sued because they are not paying the MLS services as everyone else does. I wonder if REDFIN and REALTOR.COM or the MLS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING? Does not matter it is of no value to mortgage brokers or realtors.

LISTREPORTS.COM inhouse attorney and wife of the compamy COO Wassal Kahder was kicked off a case in Orange County Superior Court by the Judge.
MOHAMED the LISTREPORTS.COM attorney was guilty of such ugly misconduct you will have to read the court records to believe it. Mohamed the attorney for LISTREPORTS.COM will certainly be disbarred for his conduct. You will easily understand why when you read the court records. It is great the State Bar of California cleans up the legal profession.

Chris Kim has a new scam after he rippedoff a whole bunch of people with EZRENTLIST.COM. Chris Kim took a lot of money saying he would refund their money if his service was worthless. After he had hundreds of mad consumers wanting their money back he had to close down. Now he has moved from the Valley down to Orange County to start another scam with the same MO. Promise customers a refund if the service is no good and then if they want their money back hide or run away. Now he is doing the same thing all over again with LISTREPORTS.COM. Enter EZRENTLIST,COM in the search of RIPOFFREPORT.COM and you will see many of the consumers Chris Kim ripped off.
