I fell behind in my mortgage payments due to being out of work. I had to quit my job for health reasons. This mortgage company wants to sell my house now at sheriff's sale without anyone so much as speaking to me for over 8 months. No one returns calls. No one is willing to help me keep my home. If anyone else has had a bad experience with this mortgage lender, please let me know what to do. I am desparate.

Dearest Jerrildine.

Fill out a request under RESPA.Send it certified to customer service. They have to acknowledge it within 20 days and solve the request within 60 days or be fined after the failure to comply after the 20 days by HUD.GOV.Keep copies to verify your request and if the dont comply report them to your nearest hud. Here is a sample of what I just faxed them and also sent certified letter just change the name-adress and account number ect... to fit your request and complaint.

This is a qualified written request under section 6 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act {RESPA}.

I am writting because:Concerning above loan number.I believe my account with Litton Loan Servicing has been mis-managed by Litton Loan Servicing Employess. On March 30-2006 I receive two envelopes claiming two totally different figures on how much the late charges are. Then I call a Litton employee that tells me a totally different figure than the contradicted other figures so we have 3 contradicted figures and all cannot be right. Also being rude is no way to treat customers.

I believe my payments to Litton has not been posted on time after Litton receives them by quick collect Western Union only to cause bogus late fees to go sky high.My credit has been damaged because of mis-management of my account that is Litton Employees fault.

I have notified an attorney. When I contact Litton Loan Servicing about my account I get a total run-around and several different opinions concerning my account and have been treated very rude.

I am requesting a detailed account of ever transaction that has taken place with my account since it has been managed by Litton Loan Servicing.I understand that under section 6 of RESPA you are required to Acknowledge my request within 20 business days and must resolve the request within 60 business days.Or you will be fined by the government.

Sincerely:__________________.Date____________.
