I purchased a car back on June and according to the dealer i didn't have to worry about my first payment because they were going to take care of it. The dealer never gave the first payment and about tow weeks after the paymetn was past due i received a call from lobel telling me that my payment was over due and if i didn't pay with in a few hours the car was going to be picked up. I gave my payment but they never told me when my next paymen was due i called my local lobel office to ask when my next payment was due but they said i had to call the main office witch i don't even know were is located. About a week after my payment was due i got a call from a lady named Perla and she told me that if my payment wasn't in the office by 12:00 p.m the next day they couldn't take my payment anymore i was working so i told her there is no way is going to be in by 12:00 i told her i could have it there by 3:00 p.m the next day she said if is not there by 12:00 they can't secure my account she never explain to me what that ment, she just said we can't take payment. i tried talking to her she allways gave me on attitude and never wanted to explain anything to me finally she called me again and started asking questions like were is the car, were do you work etc...i told her i was willing to still give mu payment cause i need the car she said fine take $540 dll. to the nearest office and i could continue making my payment after that. I told her i don't have the hole money can we come to some type of agreement she said no you eather pay now or we will pick up the car. I couldn't come up with all the money so i didn't give the payment i called her again and asked to speak to her supervisor. I spoke to the supervisor and she said that there was o lot of confution that accoring to the application the dealer ship submitted the sels person was my husband, and that the insurance i had was no good so they had to look in to my account but mean while i had to give them back the car and then if they could figure out what was going on they will returne it to me. The supervisor said to me that the lady Perla didn't explain to me how things work that i could of gave my payment even if it was late and when she said we can't take the payment anymore she ment she couldn't secure my account even if i gave the payment but i could of kept making my payment till i was up to date and continued with my regular payment but now id to late i want the car and even if you have the money i don't want to take it. Now am here not nowing what to do please HELP!
