I ordered system Dec. 16th. by Dec. 27th had not received software and was charged twice for the same product. Asked for a refund and was told that they sent it to the refund dept. Asked over a dozen times since then and keep getting the same answer. Went to the refund dept. The host company charged me twice and when asked for a refund (over a dozen times) was told that the case was closed. Asked for a refund on Jan 11, was told that it was too late the time was up. I told them to cancel because they tried to get more money from me and I stopped it. If anyone has trouble, we are planning to prosecute them. I believe that they are waiting till over the 60 days are up and say that it's too late for a refund. There are many more of us who are asking for refunds and not getting them.
