logodesignguarantee.com Fails to refund as per their guarantee Green Cove Springs , Florida

The company does not honor its money back guarantee. I have repeatedly attempted to have their charges for logo work refunded because their work is substandard. They have continued to insist that they can redraw and present a logo that is acceptable. I have agreed to this twice and twice they have failed miserably. They just have no concept of what I want and have a noticeable lack of comprehension of what I am communicating. This lack of comprehension includes the fact that I have repeatedly requested a refund.  Their guarantee states: 

Guarantee

We have a 100 percent money back guarantee policy. This means if you are not satisfied at any stage of the logo design process after placing and paying for your order, you can request a full refund of what you paid. We wish to make refund as soon as they are requested. The refund, however, may take up to 21 days to process. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. You shall forfeit the right to a refund if you receive the final file of your logo (s). The final file is the high resolution file we send at the end of the revision process.

You shall have 30 days to respond to each response sent to you. If after 30 days you have failed to respond, logodesignguarantee.com will assume that your project is complete and the project shall be deemed completed. At such time, logodesignguarantee.com will have no further obligation to you, and you will pay logodesignguarantee.com pursuant to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, logodesignguarantee.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or a portion of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, logodesignguarantee.com will determine, in its sole discretion, whether you are entitled to any refund.
