I subscribe to Lombardi's Profit Taker and Pump and Dump subscriptions in early February 2012. Pump and dump sent me an email with password to their website. But it doesn't work at all. I sent a few email to them about the problem and I received NO response at all!
After two weeks, I decided to terminate both my subscriptions with the Lombardi's Profit Taker and Pump and Dump subscriptions because I don't find real value in these two subscriptions. I have to write many emails because they either don't response or ask me to call a number.
I told them, just terminate my subscriptions and refund the pro rated unused portion of the mount which they have deducted through my credit card. Again, I have to write a few times to them.
Their lack of response to my request to terminate and refund the pro-rated unused portion of the subscription is unprofessional and just turning a deaf ear to my many repeated attempts to get my money back.
This to me is highly unprofessional. Quick to deduct from my credit card. But after a number of emails, I have yet to receive a proper response from them.
From this encounter, I doubt their sincerity in resolving a problem. I will warn all my friends from buying the subscriptions from them.

If they ask you to call...

Just call them. It should be a lot simpler to get this resolved through a conversation on the phone than through trying to email them several hundred times. Unfortunately this isn't uncommon for internet services so if you use a lot of online subscription programs/websites you may run into this quite a bit.
The other thing that you may see is that you won't get a prorated refund but instead your account will be closed at the end of the current subscription cycle, so you get the time that you already paid for instead of them closing the account and giving you any sort of refund.
