Long Beach Acceptance shouldn't be allowed to Finance Automobiles. As a whole the staff that works for this Company is very rude to the customer. They make you committ to making a payment and sometimes you can't do this in a timely matter, if this company gave you a grace period, maybe you can stay on track.

They have threatened my spouse that they are going to send someone to pick up are automobile. They don't give you a chance to explain what is going on. I was out of work for a period of time and my spouse was trying to pay all the bills by himself. They are very inconsiderate to what is going on, as long as they get their money it's fine. Hopefully, we can refinance with another company as soon as possible, and I don't recommend this Company to anyone else.
