In the year 2000 Love, Beal & Nixon took me to court after I had a near fatal auto related incident. While I was still unable to understand issues due to the injuries sustained were trumatic head injuries. I didn't even remember going to court. They won that judement. Now that judgement exceeds 25,000.00. Second encounter with them. 2012 a judgement was filed in Pott. County on a gas credit card from 2009 that Was paid in full to my knowledge used for a business that failed and was closed that year. this supposed debt judgement was filed in May 2012. They claim I was served in Person at my residence in Shawnee, Ok. I was NOT served nothing in the last 6 plus years I've lived in Shawnee in person nor by mail. The process server documatation is false and notorized by their own office notary. I've searched Oklahoma City where this process server is record is supposed to live and can't find any trace he even exists.
