I spoke AT LENGTH with a VERY COOPERATIVE AND SINCERE representative of the company who assured me that my order would arrive. So I would leave a happy customer she even offered to resend it again by priority mail. Which I accepted and am pleased by.

I think this company is legit- despite the issues - I still think they need to have a phone number posted on their site- and without one, it gives the appearance of something not so legit- and I spoke to them about that thought. I must say that they seem to honestly want to please the customer- so please, disregard last entry- RipOffReport does not allow for removal of previous posts- so I am posting readers with my honest consumer experience here. That they've offered to make it good, whatever it takes. So they're off my s-list.

Owner emailed to state that he will have customer service contact me- but still maintains that the completely inaccurate USPS shipping information is true- which it's not and that has been verified by a simple e-trip to the USPS website. He claims that that he is not a ripoff artist. If/When I receive package I will indicate that in an update.
