Lycamobile Ripoff/fraud

The United States Government should look into the activities of Lycamobile to see what is going on and how they are treating people, they are fruadulently collecting people's money, then changed from what they said before payment was made to them.  A friend introduced me to Lycamobile couple of months ago, I had a bitter experience the first day I went to change from the company I was using to lycamobile.  First of all my service was turned off completely from the old company, and theirs (lycamobile) could not kick in for couple of days, I was without phone for some days.  Finally, it started working and I could not get service in alot of areas whenever I want to use my phone.  They promised their customers that it is unlimited international call to Nigeria, all of a sudden they woke up one morning and change everything and blocked my phone without notice, I tried to make a call after paying $59 monthly charge to them all to no avail, when I called them to find out what was going on, I was told that I have used all my 600 minutes.  There was no notice, no communication, they waited till they got my $59 for the month, then blocked everything.  Then I went and bought a calling card, used it once, I had an emergency call from Nigeria as at this time, they asked me to call them back, when I tried to use my calling card, I found out that they have blocked me from using calling card too, which means I must use their fraudulent services whether I like it or not.  My heart is bleeding as am writing thei report.
