"I was duped by this company a year ago over the phone.  They promised a free watch, numerous draws and offers, so I mistakenly gave them my credit card no over the phone.  The very same day when I told my wife about it she told me to call back and cancel because it was a scam.  They told me I couldn't.  So I was stuck paying over 80$ a month for a few magazines I was not even interested in.

After awhile they dried up and I was getting maybe 1 or 2 magazines a month (not anywhere near what I should have been getting for 80$ a month.). Finally after a year of paying I thought I was done with this nightmare company, yet they continued to bill me after a year, but it went to 20$ a month. (Have not received anything for months, so I don't know what I'm actually paying for).  Finally after I couldn't get anywhere with the company, i ended up cancelling my credit card.  

Now they are constantly phoning and they sent me an invoice with late fees, etc and threatened to "proceed with an involuntary pay procedure."  I don't plan on paying these scammers another dime since they already got enough money out of me for practically nothing.  Just worried now if this will go against my credit rating, which used to be excellent.  I don't understand how this company is still allowed to do this to people over so many years, can't someone do something?"
