Magazine Services Of America Deceived and then billed me for magazines supplied by another company ripoff Margate Florida

I agreed to a magazine contract with company A where I would pay $39.99 a month for three years and then the following two years would be free. I have spoken with them today and I have 7 months of payment left.

Magazine Services of America called me several months ago and told me that they were the new distributors of my magazines. They are deducting two amounts each month from my bank account, $28.30 and $19.16 for a product that I am paying company A for.

I never entered into a contract with them, the man on the telephone led me to believe that he was from company A and that they were upgrading my service.

I spoke with two people from MSA today and found them difficult and aggressive to deal with. They told me that the only way for me to get out of this is for me to give them $190.80 or I would be hearing from their collection agency.

I felt intimidated by them and do not know how to resolve this.
