I signed up with this company the beginning of 08. In their first initial letter to me stating act now they were looking for 75 distrubutors in my area. for 147.00 I would get flyers new letters a outfit and other materials. well I did get all the paper work, but the outfit was actually a tee shirt. When I called and told them they made a mistake, the female told me it was no mistake they send all their clients tee shirts. It plainley stated outfit in the advertisment package they mailed me, to show the quality of their merchandise.

As far as their leads go it's a bunch of crap. Alot of the leads they sent me for an additional price had nothing to do with clothing. Plus the female was rude and unconcerning, plus once these people get your money, you hear nothing from them. Only when you call. I think their gimmick is the kit and nothing much else. They also had the nerve, about 6 months down the road they to sent me another letter stating the same thing. I said well d**n, don't they know who who was foolish enough to signed up with them the same pitch. This company is truly a waste of money

Response to Magic Jack Employee

Magic Jack Employee,
I also had signed up with your company years ago and placed orders to make sure my commission showed up over three times. Each time I called your company and you guys said you would fix the problem but never did. Your company if definately a scam in my eyes and you should be ashamed to defend the company or work for such an outfit!

#1 UPDATE Employee

She is upset because she had to Pay for the kit

AUTHOR: Magic Kids Rep - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 26, 2009

Dear Reader,
We are an honest company, and it is unfortunate that these type of complaints are issued by people who do not honor their part of the bargain. We sent her a kit on the condition that she is responsible to pay for it after a 30 day trial period. We shipped her the kit in August 14 2008, which was delivered on August 20th, 2008. We attempted to collect the funds in September 29, 2008, but her credit card declined. We made several attempts to contact her for the money owed. Eventually she did call us back and we did collect $61.50 on January 12, 2009, but there is still a balance of $113.50 owed to our company. We do realize that times are hard and therefor we understand that people need time to make the funds available. My only concern is did she really give Magic Kids an earnest and fair try. To say that the leads we sent her were in other words "bad", we must see why. In order to properly use leads we sent her, a person needs to either have some money to pay for the envelopes, letters, and postage, or to have the time to call the prospects listed. Upon contacting the prospects in the lists, the dealer must do the following; if its a wholesaler / retail store they must try to direct the buyer / owner to our website to see what we have to offer in order for them to purchase, which would then result in a sale for Magic Kids and a 50% profit to the dealer. Another way is to speak with the buyer / owner about our products and notify them that a letter with more info about our company and products will be mailed out to them. Once the buyer / owner receives the letter, they will be some what familiar with Magic Kids and the chances of them visiting our website are greater. The third option for using the leads is by contacting Non Profit organizations. Whats great about the Non Profit organizations is that once a dealer has signed an organization to work together with him/her, the organization will then pass out circulars to their members. For every sale that their members purchase from our site, will result in a 10% donation to that organization and a 50% profit of the sale to the dealer. We offer the right tools for our dealers to really make some good money, but we cannot do the work for them. We have a staff of customer service representatives available to assist and coach all our dealers and customers. We were not aware that this program was not successful for Michele, and we would like the chance to help her with either a refund or we can assist her in working the program until she see's some results. The fundamental goal of this program is that our dealers will direct the public to our website to purchase our clothes at rock bottom prices, and for our dealers to profit with us. We are responsible to provide excellent products for great prices while our dealers take the part of directing the consumers to us. If the dealer doesn't profit, that means we don't profit. It's that simple!!
