MagicJack Held Hostage by MagicJack, Internet

I have been trying to cancel MagicJack for a week.  Today I sit here with no phone service.   I wanted to reactivate my phone with At&t. That was supposed to have happened last Friday (March 2, 2012)

I cancelled MagicJack, sent back all the equipment and paid to "port out" my phone number.  They still have not given me my number back.  The day I cancelled they charged my bank account $80.00.

I have spent countless hours "chatting" with mindless reps. from MagicJack.  Today I found a phone number and after waiting for 25 minutes for "the next available operator".  She spoke with me for a few minutes and then hung up on me!

As a last resort, I asked At&t to assign me a new number.  I will spend the next few weeks making sure everyone has my new number.  Even today, when I call my old number, you can still hear the magicjack greeting. We have got to take action against this company, this has happened to too many people!
