MagicJack ,MagicJack false advertising West Palm Beach Florida

I tried the 30 day free trial. Supposed to be quick and easy, it is not! Mine does not work, 'Get live help in seconds' is bogus-live chat button only refers me to another list of things to try to make it work (those steps don't work either), never did reach a live person, just more and more and more steps that dont work. Quick fix did not fix, still no 'live help in seconds' just another list of things to try first. The 3 easy steps is definately bogus. 'return item link is a hassle-they only tried to sell me another one that will work when my area code is activated or something like that...Everything about this company's points to 'rip-off' Risk free is bogus, cost me more than 10.00 to have it shipped.

So far I am out about 50.00 and wasted a lot of time because their advertising is false. 3 easy steps cant possibly be the norm for this product if it is true at all. Live help in seconds is a lie. 100% risk free you pay nothing is a lie. Even if they do refund payment I still paid 10.00 shipping fee for a product they surely know is misrepresented.
