Management Solutions racial slurs, violent, passive agressive boss, unclean, unsanitary Glendale, California

I TOTALLY AGREE! As a former employee, Kevin (the owner) is unfair and unjust with his employee's. I felt trapped in a situation that didn't get any better. I was subjected to a boss who couldn't communicate with his daily staff. This company will cut all cost to make money and run over their workers like a bulldozer. I'm very glad I left. This is NOT A COMPANY TO WORK FOR. You will find yourself in a world of trouble and unhappiness if you work for them. I've had a situation where my boss would slam doors, slam drawers, and even raised his hand to hit me. I should of filed a police report, was happier to just leave that HELL HOLE. As a employee I was subject to work in a office with a laboratory that was infested with 2 week old URINE that NEVER got fixed. The manager has a illness that is contagious and labeled with the HEALTH DEPARTMENT as deadly. The fact that a grown man with a life threatened disease would URINATE in the toilet that didn't work, and was not in the progress of being fixed, just to subject everyone in the office to INHALE IT is NASTY AND UNCLEAN. I would do my research with this company and think twice about applying if I were you. If your not the same race as these folks, you will feel uncomfortable with the racist comments that are freely expressed on a daily. I felt uncomfortable and pretty much had to ignore comments that discredited my race. If I had to sum this company up in a few words, it would be RACIST, UNFAIR, AND HELL IN THE OFFICE SPACE.
