Marauder Corporation CPS and Northern Collection & Recovery Fraudulent Collection Company Indian Wells California

I received a call from a company that was named CPS. So I immediately thought is was for Child Protective Services. I just knew it wasn't for me because I don't have kids. I called the number back she mentioned check fraud. So my eyes then became wide. I asked her what is she talking about. She said I wrote a check for a company called USA Checks Cashed. Mind you I filed bankruptcy in 2011 and they were included in my banckruptcy. So I said I don't owe them anything, I filed BK. The woman stated that I didn't and that I have to pay immediately. So I told her no that I will not and you need to talk to my attorney. I hung up and called my attorney. The other day I checked my credit report and was wondering why my score went so low when it was higher last month. I knew I didn't owe anyone money. So I pulled my credit report, now the company's name is Marauder Corporation. So I called my attorney again and gave him all the details. I tried to dispute the matter with TransUnion. Transunion verified and said no changes. I am now upset. I filed BK and you can not come after me for me money if I filed Chapter 7. This company never sent a notice until the other day. I just received a letter in the mail today and now they have another name called Northern Collection & Recovery with two different addresses. 36101 Bob Hope Dr. Suite E5-302, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270. They're also located at 74923 HWY 111, Indian Wells, CA 92210 with this current phone number 760-423-1100 ext. 103 or 102. Names Cynthia Jackson and Ron Jones. Fax # 760-343-5155. I am now letting my attorney take matters into hands.
