Master Matchmakers Joann Ward Extemely poor attempt from a "coach" no services in realistic time frame Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I feel gutted that I have spent $2500 for this.. It was really bad mistake and very expensive for me. I was so passionate about figuring this out. It was around the lonely time of Christmas that I signed up.  The coach's program did not meet at a place I would expect at $625/hr. (4 sessions) I really expected some great insights and good coaching for that amount of money, but what I got was standard... reading do's and don'ts from a magazine, (literally taking my time to tell me to brush my teeth before a date.. (really??) giving one little image advice (don't wear stripes on a first date.. ??) also not directly advice for me, but quoted from a magazine article... I can and have read those magazines for much less than $625/hr..  It was not tailored for me at all, and I was told it would be.  I made a 3rd point about this not being what I am looking for..my first and second requests ignored, so we stopped the process here at session 3 out of 4. (I was looking to find out why I am not being asked out on dates.. instead I was getting coached on what to do on dates through session 1, 2 and part of 3.. if not getting asked out in the first place, this advice is not what I need at this point!!)  The coach's criticisms after
getting her feelings hurt were wild and confirmed I am not getting a professional coach at all.

The coach was a nice person in general, but quite simply the wrong coach for me.. she was not organized or thoughtful to
my particular case, which this is what I really needed and mentioned up front prior to paying. 
 
This coach missed 2 out of 3 appointments, the first because she doesn't know what time it was in my area and then blamed me for not telling her what time she (the coach) should call in her time zone.. even though I actually did send it in an email in advance she realized when I reminded her, but shouldn't have to?  Very unprofessional she started the first session very late and blaming me for her mistake. The second one because she forgot..??? any appointment you have with somebody at that level and price should be organized..  Since she was taking our one hour times to read my emails and information for the very first time while on the phone with me, I couldn't believe.  So I asked if she read any of my emails with feedback before our sessions, and she said not really.  Which then got me to ask if she puts any thought into her clients outside the hour and she said, no, only during the time. 
 
Signing up with this company was not about the introductions.  It was a nice idea at the time because it was Christmas and I was alone. But I made it clear several times before paying what I was looking for in coaching sessions, and have not received to this day. After speaking to the owners as well with no understanding to this experience, I have clearly been ripped off.

The coach was kind enough to suggest getting my money back, however the owners have declined.
