Two years ago when we moved into our first house, me and my husband bought a mattress from Mattress Giant. Now this was at the point where we needed a mattress immediately of we would be sleeping on couches. The mattress was awesome, I loved it, it was so soft. After less than a year, I noticed a sagging in the bed. I mentioned it to my husband and he said his side was sagging too. It's a california king size bed and we stay on our own sides so it wasn't long until we noticed something we called "the hump" in the middle of the bed, which was just where no one laid so it was higher than the rest of the bed. I had a 4 inch sag on my side in the middle, my dog even fell into the hole one day and couldnt shift her way out.

now I went to the store about the sag and was assured that if it was more than like 2 inches that it would be replaced. He told me to put a broomstick across the bed and take a picture of a measuring tape on it to show the depth of sag and bring them in with receipt. Okay I did this and came back in, but this time I had a different person. The only thing this man wanted was to get me out of the store. His only response was that I had to get in touch with the manufacturer. Well I did and after about 6 months and several emails, i finally got an email saying "warranty claim approved" and I was to take the email to the store and pick out my new mattress. . It didnt really tell me in the email what mattress I could get but when I got up there I was told it was of the same price. I just wanted the same mattress I had but they didn't make that one anymore. Now they had one that I was told was exactly the same, just had titanium spring to prevent sagging (hmm, seems they knew it was happening!). So I agree to this mattress. 

They delivered my mattress at 9am. They brought it in, grabbed the old one and was out the door as quick as possible. I lay on the bed to find it the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever laid on. I've slept on crap hotel mattresses that were better than this. The old one you climbed up on, this one you climbed down on because it was so short! The delivery guys were already out the door and gone though and I didn't have their number. I got thier number less than half an hour later but they were in another city and couldnt come back that day. Told me I had to talk to the mattress store and maybe they could bring my mattress back later that week. They told me that they would keep it on the truck and bring it right back as soon as the store told them too and make sure that it didnt end up back in the warehouse. 

I called the store, he said he would call his supervisor about it and call me back. Six hours later I call him to find that he had just called the supervisor an hour before (take their sweet time) but he was with a customer and would call me back in 15 minutes. I call repeatedly an hour later because I still hadn't heard from him and I finally get him. He tells me that my crappy mattress they just sold me would break in, well I can't see this mattress magically growing 6 inches, it's flat and hard! So I tell him I just want mine back. He tells me to keep the one I have for 21 days and see if it breaks in, I don't want to sleep on this thing for even one night and told him that I highly doubted they would still have my mattress in 21 days. He said he would make arrangements to get my mattress back and call me back later that day. Told me that he would contact the warehouse to make sure my mattress stayed on the truck until the next delivery day. I never heard back from him.

Next day I called to check on it and I get a different guy. I get the same man who originally tried to just get me out of the store months before. He tells me right off that the other guy wasnt working that day and that he wasn't in the loop as to what was going on. But then went to tell me that the other guy was waiting on an email from someone and would call me monday (apparently you are in the loop you little liar). I get off the phone with him and call the truck drivers from the day before to find that he doesnt have my mattress anymore, it's in the warehouse. Apparently no one contacted him about it the day before so he let it off the truck. I call back the guy at the store to ask him where my mattress went. He refused to give me the number of the supervisor (I found his name is cody), wouldnt give me the number for the warehouse, and told me that the mattresses that get to the warehouse normally stay there for 1 day before they are sent back to the manufacturer where they are destroyed but that the other guy would call me on Monday when he was back in. Uh excuse me but Monday my mattress will be destroyed!!! But no, he wouldnt give me anything. Now my only hopes are that my mattress is still in the warehouse monday (though I don't see how they're going to find it amongst the other ones) and that I can get it back. In the meantime, I'm stuck with sleepless nights only the crappiest mattress ever made. I already had to sleep on it once last night, I'm staying up late just so I don't have to lay on it again. Maybe I'll sleep on the futon tonight, it's more comfortable

Oh and by the way, never get the special spray on protector stuff. My parents got it on their $5000 Kingsdown and they sprayed too much. Now it has water stains on it from the protector spray.
