Stay away from these guys. They called my company about retreiving bad debt customers owed me. I told them about a personal judgment I had against someone and they said they could help. Sounded great at first. They called me back 5 min. later and told me that they found the person I was looking for. Long story short. It was the wrong person, same name but not even close in age, and her husband is a lawyer who needless to say was not happy that they were getting harrassed by this company. After he called my office and I realized that Maxwell, Turner & Associates had made a mistake I called them to let them know. I got a "Supervisor" who told me......
"If I want any lip from you, I'll just pull down my zipper and have your husband leave the room!"
I'm not kidding, exact words. Just remember if a company wants your money upfront to get you money then it's a scam.
