Maytag - Jenn-Air - Amana - Hoover - Dynasty - Dixie-Norco, Jade Range Pegs holding crisper broke told it's a liner defect, they only want to replace the pegs with wire and and pegs. RIPOFF Newton Iowa

I purchased a wide-by Side refrigorater from Maytag,the ice maker has had to be replaced twice the electrical components in the frezer door for the ice and water dispenser has had to be replaced twice and now the pegs holding the frame for the crisper have broke, these pegs are in the liner of the fridge and they want to replace it with wire and new plastic pegs, which will break again later when who knows.

I had to call 6 numbers and speak to 5 people to try and get this problem resolved and all I am getting is thats all we can do .

This fridge is not even two years old and they find that their repair job is the only thing they can do. Maytag is not a dependability company; they are a lemon company. I should have known when my washer and dryer from the same company brand new broke down within a month of having it. But we thought that a fridge would last longer than a washer and dryer boy were we wrong, so I consider Maytag and its other brands to be lemons, I know from experience whatever you do do not purchase Maytag and its AKA brands you will forever regret it like I do and $1600.00 is a lot to throw down the drain for a lemon.
