MBSlitigationgroup Mitch Tarter, Jeremy Johnson, Jon Ellison Paid for nothing New York New York

 In June 2013 $1800. of my money was transferred to Mitch Tarter's MBSlitigationgroup from US Legal Network to begin a lawsuit against Nationstar and CitiMtg to recover my home.

There was a foreclosure sale and MBS was to sue to have my mortgage reinstated and damages for the stress and heartache of possible losing my home of 27 years. I was in the middle of refinancing the mortgage and even received a letter from Nationstar stating that they would not foreclose on my home if it was in refinance. Ha!

I have had 3 of the same interviews with various attornies but not Mr. Tarter himself and sent tons of information to his office to assist. The suit was not to be part of a class action suit because of the fact that Nationstar had already foreclosed but an individual suit. Mr. Tarter was to have recovered 30% of any settlement for his services. His people led me to believe that they could get my home back, damages, the $1800 I had already paid them and enough to cover Mr. Tarter's expenses.

I have been waititing to hear back, emailing, and calling them. No one has contacted me in a month. I checked District court filings and am unable to locate any suites started with my name as plaintiff.

Do not send this company any money. They just call and lead you on with empty phrases like "we think you have an excellent case". Well, yes I do, and if they were legit they would have gotten the ball rolling and had a sizable chunck of cash in their own pockets as well as my having my home back.
