GOT PHONE CALL FROM 915-307-9614 (RECORDING) STATING THEY WERE SOCIAL SECURITY AND HAD FOUND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY DONE WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND THAT BEFORE THEY DELETE MY SOC. SECURITY NUMBER I NEEDED TO CALL IMMEDIATELY OR THEY WD NOTIFY POLICE AND HAVE ME ARRESTED.

THAT IS A FRAUDULENT THREAT AGAINST MY PERSON!!  NOT TO MENTION USING A PHONE LINE TO THREATEN.  I went into white pages  reverse phone and found this to be the company MCI Metro and THAT company MCI is no longer in operation ...apparently for bad behavior as well.

Spoofed Number

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 15, 2020

Yes it is a scam, but your "Reverse Phone Number" search was useless. The call you got was someone who spoofed the other number.  They found a number that wasn't in use anymore and changed their Caller ID to use that number. They were actually calling from a VoiP number not even in the US.

They are not going to go to the Police, they are not going to get you in trouble, you are not going to get arrested.
