MCi Worldcom Wireless Corrupt

Worldcom wireless has serious computer and personnel defects in their wireless services. The staff is not informed as to what their different service plans do. Then they may not apply the terms and conditions of your plan, and charge you $.40 per min. plus long distance plus taxes and fees based on massive overcharges. Then, if you can ever reach them, they say they can't fix the problem, but can only add credits. The following bills have the same "system" errors repeated, mixed with partial credits and fees carried over from the first billing, including MATH errors in tabulating minutes! (plain as day).

Now the entire account is corrupt and has no credibility whatsoever, and gets worse with each billing. So then, rather than admit their complete innability to provide the service as purchased and make it right, even if you "hold their hands" item by item and show them their mistakes, they simply ignore you and keep sending you bills for thousands, instead of the $29.99 it is supposed to be. Every rep. you talk to will tell you a different balance, because they don't have a clue what they're doing.

They soon lose track of everything, except what this same corrupt computer shows as the final bill, and they won't listen to you anymore. You are forced to stop the service, after which they add another $250. to your bill, even though they promise not to, since it is their fault and you sent the phone back as well. They're a pack of idiots and their "system" is corrupt. Don't use them.
