Since we moved in two years ago we have been living in hell. The maintenance guy decided to enter out unit while we were out and left boot marks all over our apartment. That’s how we knew he was in. Shortly after he stopped working here and our brand new truck was vandalized. I’m guessing he found out that we filed a complaint. Nothing was done about the vandalism. No one cared. No surprise. After that the neighbors above make noise day and night. Everything from dropping heavy objects to dragging furniture across the apartment.

Building is brand new but poorly constructed but this is not a reason to ever have peace. We have made numerous complaints via emails , meeting and phone calls to head office. Nothing was ever done. We call security almost every night to complain about the noises. Our toddler can not nap during the day and will not sleep in his room because the noises are above his room and they scare him.

Last thing management told us we can do is go to court. What happened to N5? What happened to following the lease or getting evicted? What happened to coming from home from work and enjoying some peace and quiet with your family? We are looking to move but I’m afraid I will loose my temper soon and take the situation into my own hands. The only thing management says is their hand are tied. I think it’s discrimination more than tied hands.
